1989 Quail Ridge Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley (USA, California, Napa Valley)

This had a very cool climate Cab feel and I pegged it as a Northern California and certainly not from Napa. Interesting green profile which subsided as it sat. Some reddish black fruits and an overall ‘better than $10’ feel, this was pleasant and fun to drink. Glad to have it in the lineup. 89 pts
